On each product page, you will find all available sizes, a description and the composition of the item. You can enlarge the image for a closer look by using the zoom function.
Adding products to your shopping cart
To add a product to your Shopping Cart select the size, then click on ADD TO CART. If only one size is available, it is not necessary to select them to complete your purchase. You can decide to proceed directly to checkout, or to continue browsing our site.
*Remember that inserting an item in the Shopping Bag does not mean you have reserved it.
On the first page of the Shopping Cart you can find your selected products and the shipping details. The total amount of the order that you see on the first page of the Shopping Bag will be the exact amount for which you will be charged. Once you are ready to place the order, go to the next page to proceed with the purchase.
Completing your order
To complete your order, you must enter your delivery details in the Shipping Page and choose the payment method. You can choose between PayPal or bank transfer.
All details of your order can be reviewed in the Order Confirmation Page. Please remember that, once an order is completed, it cannot be modified in any way.
Your purchase is complete when you are brought to our Thank-you Page, where you will find your Order Number. Within a few minutes you will also receive an e-mail confirming your order.
You may select PayPal as a payment method on the CHECK OUT page of your Shopping Cart.
By selecting PayPal as a payment method, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account you will be able to pay with your credit card.
We guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems of PayPal.
Payment with bank transfer
You may select “BANK TRANSFER” as a payment method on the CHECK OUT page of your Shopping Cart.
By selecting bank transfer as a payment method, confirming the details of your purchase and placing the order, you will receive the confirmation e-mail with our bank account details. We wait 7 days for a money transfer, after this time your order will be automatically cancelled.

After our warehouse receives your return item and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If your payment method was PayPal as soon as your return has been accepted we will issue the corresponding refund on your PayPal account. The refunded amount will be visible within 24 hours.
If you paid by bank transfer than as soon as your return has been accepted we will issue the corresponding refund on your bank account. The refunded amount will be visible depending on our banks cooperation policy. Please note that bank transfer are not issued on weekends and bank holidays.

All the international orders are shipped by Polish Mail Service. Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How to return a product?
We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any item purchased on our store within 14 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:
• Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Prepare the package.

Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Refund time depends on the payment method used when purchasing:
• Bank transfer: refund times will depend on the Bank company’s policies. We assure that your refund will be issued in the same moment you receive your confirmation e-mail.
• Payment with PayPal: The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.

Registered users can take advantage of the following benefits:
• save their shipping addresses in the address book to complete the checkout process more quickly
• access all information regarding orders and returns through “my orders” page
Registering with My Account is free and takes just a second.
Changing your account details
You may update your registration details at any time: log in to My Account and enter the Registration Details section. You can modify all your personal information. Click SEND to save your changes.
If you have forgotten your Password click on the link Forgot your Password? which can be found in all areas of the website where your account details are required. Enter the e-mail address with which you registered and you will receive an e-mail with the necessary information in a matter of minutes.
The Address Book is the section in which you can save your shipping addresses. By logging in to My Account before concluding your order, you can call up the addresses saved in your Address Book directly in the Shopping Bag, making your purchases even easier. You can modify your addresses at any time and also choose a primary address, which will automatically appear in your Shopping Bag.
You will find the history of all the orders placed as a registered user within the My Orders area. You may view the details of every order and return, and follow the delivery by checking the Tracking Number.
The Newsletter brings you special previews regarding our store.
You can subscribe while registering with My Account, or afterwards by simply modifying your preferences.
You may unsubscribe at any moment through the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every Newsletter, or by changing your preferences within My Account.
